The fitness center is located near an existing outdoor sports facility. The special spatial design of our plan is characteristic. On the south side of the complex, a large patio space has been designed with a terrace function. The double-height entrance area, the catering facility and the swimming pool are adjacent to this patio on the ground floor.
On the one hand, the complex has a dynamic appearance due to its spaciousness and on the other hand, it has a warm atmosphere due to its choice of materials and colors.
The center includes fitness rooms, halls, squash courts, a swimming pool with sauna and a catering facility. There are also rooms for physiotherapy and rehabilitation. The various functions are spread over three floors, which have a strong mutual coherence through voids and daylight entry. The open structure makes the various activities visible to both sides.
