In a restricted context in order to the sides of the site, the building gets to consolidate his volume thanks to the height of the floors and the location of stairs and elevator (leaned over the northwest division wall). This action releases both fronts of the building. The ground floor stands out for the special order there is between the volume that contains the stairs and elevator and the access, both counting with their precise scale. The possibility of having the stairs and elevator not interfering in the useful floor, allows an optimization in both vertical and horizontal circulations and a great flexibility. The passant access, which has a public character, form a civic street which get you to the reception and front desk. It was important to maintain only one volume in the facade and respect de lines of the neighborhood, adopting an austere language. This particular program is solved by putting together the boxes in a unique space that relates them.
