This new home for a lifestyle showroom and design studio fuses old and new. The renovation of a 1940's bow truss building in Denver's Design North District comes alive with the insertion of a piece of architecture in the form of a floating loft. This unique object lands in the center of the space and celebrates the historic shell by contrast.
