The main aim of this proposal is to extend the rear part of the house on the ground floor level so as to provide a large mixed use living area.

The extension will provide new dining and sitting areas to the south with a direct visual connection to the rear garden benefitting from daylight. The way the new extension is designed, it will create a new secluded open patio visible (from the ground level) only to the interior of the house.

The new layout creates a unique interaction of activities as it combines children play-area, sitting, reading, dining and kitchen areas into a unified space making it ideal for a contemporary lifestyle. The open view-access to the rear garden connects the outdoors with the indoors giving the feel of a much larger space.
