The project emerges from the reinterpretation of an existing space, with the goal of creating a collaborative work environment that responds to the contemporary dynamics of a creative team. Rather than a conventional office, it is conceived as a continuous spatial system where different activities coexist within a unified material and construction logic.   The primary design strategy is to reveal and enhance the original structure.

The exposed steel slab is preserved and becomes the project's defining element, not only for its technical qualities but also for its ability to create a warm industrial atmosphere. From this decision, a dialogue is established between the existing structure and the new architectural interventions.   The use of red is introduced as an architectural device that emphasizes the structural framework and other key elements. Present in beams, lighting fixtures, and selected architectural components, this color acts as a visual thread that unifies the space. In contrast, custom walnut-finished white oak millwork introduces warmth and a sense of domesticity, balancing the raw character of the exposed steel.

  A custom wood volume organizes the primary program, integrating storage, work surfaces, and transitional elements. This gesture allows the space to be divided without being fragmented, maintaining visual continuity while enhancing flexibility. Partial transparency, together with the use of lightweight elements and textiles, reinforces this open condition. In this regard, the incorporation of curtains allows natural light to be regulated, existing elements to be concealed when necessary, and spatial boundaries to be softened, introducing a tactile layer that tempers the predominant material palette.
