Design Infinity delivered the interiors of Parkin, Dubai’s leading parking platform, helping users find parking spaces and manage their parking with ease. The workplace reflects the pace of a business that serves millions of journeys across Dubai. Designed by Cushman & Wakefield, the new Packsize office brings together a variety of work settings within a cohesive interior. The workspace balances focused work, collaboration and informal meeting areas, while a mezzanine above the production hall adds extra spaces for meetings and touchdown working. The interior is centred around a striking timber core that forms the heart of the office. A carefully selected palette of blue, green and grey tones, derived from Packsize's brand identity, creates a consistent atmosphere throughout the building. Programmed and designed for flexibility from 10am to 2am, Spot Lite is a multi-use commercial space morphs each day between a community cafe, a local record shop, a remote office, a music venue, an art gallery, a dance party, and an event space. The 7,900-square-foot site, formerly Beyster Lumber, was reconfigured to accommodate this hybrid venue, enhancing flow and creating an open framework for collaboration with local artisans and fabricators.
