The term TAG is used as the signature of a graffiti urban artist. With this approach, the space invites you to experience the essence of the city's everyday life, thus appropriating urban space as an aesthetic manifesto of the project.
In the chaos of the city and the daily life of a metropolis like Mexico City, there are elements that go completely unnoticed, and we do not register them as part of our environment. TAG seeks to represent in this high gastronomy space, integrating the experience into the dining table. The urban artist takes center stage, sensitizing the diner to these elements that contribute a unique value and communicate in many ways the situations experienced in the city.
The urban grid as an element that gives rise to a series of patterns and repetitions, its stroke is engraved on an acoustic surface. In this way, a section of the city with its predetermined design is used to create a cover that encloses the space within the venue.
