The 9-storey midrise has a bold urban splash of colour, form and shapes, and is a true statement of individuality. This head-turning landmark is a New Condo development by Pemberton Group located at Dufferin and Queen in Toronto.

It is located in the heart of Queen West, home to some of the city’s most cutting-edge fashion boutiques, galleries, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Anchored by iconic cultural destinations such as The Drake and Gladstone Hotels, this eclectic Toronto neighbourhood is known for its creativity, camaraderie and community.

The architects, Raw Design/ Page+Steele used Ceramitex (Sintered Ceramic Facade System) and Alumitex (Aluminum Plate Facade System) for the exterior of the building. The durability of the products and wide range of standard and special order colours allowed for the concept to become a reality.
