The existing plot include a single storey and decayed house, a courtyard and the ruins of an old warehouse. The project had as its main premise the requalification  and extension of the existing housing by increasing an upper floor. From the quota of Terras street entrance to the walled garden in the back, the house is developed in sequential levels, alleviating the significant quotas differenceand promoting a smooth transition between interior and exterior. The house is solar oriented Northwest-Northwest and is intended for a family.
