Located within the area of the Urban Center of the City of La Plata, the building is located on Avenida 38 next to Plaza Alsina. The area stands out for being purely neighborhood but with proximity to the central area of the city.
The main idea is based on the search to mark functionality and spatiality.
The units, composed of two rooms, are in constant dialogue with the exterior to dissolve the limits of space, making the most of their views and the entry of natural light.
The building is designed with a type of architectural structure that promotes spatial continuity.
Being this way, we work with sensorially visible structural elements. As a result, continuity is obtained between the expansion of the balcony and the interior, gaining more space within the unit.
