Design for a masterplan for the site of Thales in Hengelo. The starting point for the design was to make the site more accessible to the public and to divest a part of the site to be redeveloped as a high-tech business park. At the same time safety played an important role for the company to prevent sensitive information from being leaked.

The new heart of the campus will be located around a large pond that is also used for geo-thermal energy storage. Around this water feature the new facilities center and the new headquarters are located.
