The planning, construction, and decoration of the property took a total of 3 years and 9 months.

The property's primary focus is on natural light and functionality, with the use of environmentally-friendly STO coatings on the exterior walls. Although the price is high, the coating has the advantages of reflecting sunlight, being waterproof and crack-resistant.
