Repurposing an old procession plant to accommodate a banquet facility with a 350+ capacity. The original cooler was converted into the bar with outdoor patio. Site improvements included signage, drive, and parking areas. The bar was later expanded, incorporation overhead doors to open the space to the outdoors and retain views to the river.
