Challenges and Objectives:

Our team embraced the challenge of creating a residence that not only showcased our creativity and design knowledge but also prioritized universal accessibility.client’s vision was centered around maintaining a "zero level difference" across the expansive 8500 sq ft, challenging us to seamlessly integrate accessibility features into the design.

Location:

Situated on a stunning 1.4-acre plot in the north of Bangalore, the house is strategically positioned to optimize breathtaking views from every angle.

Design Theme: Inspired by a modern and minimalist theme, the design emphasizes clean lines and contemporary aesthetics to complement the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Architectural Features:

Central Placement: The residence is strategically located at the center of the plot, allowing for panoramic views and creating a sense of connectivity with the surrounding landscape.

Floating Decks: Each deck is meticulously detailed with a floating effect, imparting a unique visual element and the perception of the home being "lifted from the ground." Pitched Roof Design: The house is crowned with a sophisticated pitched roof, tailored to meet the specific preferences and style envisioned by the client.

Landscape Design: To enhance the overall ambiance and foster a tranquil atmosphere, our landscape design incorporates:

● Water Bodies: Serene water features add a calming touch to the surroundings.

● Gazebo: A dedicated space for relaxation and contemplation.

● Pathways: Long, winding pathways invite exploration and provide a seamless connection with nature.

● Flora: Carefully selected fruit and flower-bearing plants add color and vibrancy.

● Trees: The inclusion of locally available native trees creating a harmonious environment.

Outcome:

The resulting design is a harmonious blend of universal accessibility, modern aesthetics, and natural elements, providing our client with a home that is not only visually stunning but also reflects his vision for a peaceful and tranquil living space.
