A building with curved and rounded forms, resembling a torpedo with a dome-shaped top. The shape of the tower stems from the formal variation of the individual floors with curvilinear layouts, with a maximum overhang of 3 metres with respect to the bearing structure. The cladding will use an advanced system of ceramic material on a metal-and-glass structure, which Iosa Ghini has designed specifically for high-rise buildings. The exterior envelope is not a static enclosure but a dynamic container of expressive forms.
