It is in a former industrial building in Pantin that our customers have found their home. A 66 m2 duplex in which two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and finally a terrace had to be added.

To achieve this, we imagined the back of the loft for them. A loft designed upside down, with the two bedrooms downstairs, the living room upstairs. The other side of the loft is also the idea of taking the opposite view of this universe which takes itself seriously by making it a playful environment with accidents. Like the kitchen in the center, majestically in its box with metal edges. A way to zone it but also to create a scale in this large living room.

Finally, the other side of the loft also means showing what is normally hidden: the other side of the decor, transparency, raw materials such as the concrete of the staircase and the niche on the breeze blocks of the entrance.
