The design of the two buildings creates a micro climate for the interior plaza with terraces and green areas that merges the interior with the exterior and makes it more sustainable, by allowing the fresh air cross ventilation and natural lighting. 

The valley will offer retail, office and apartments.
The vegetation of the facade and terraces creates a microclimate that allows the building to be energy efficient.
