Tour 33 is a 40,484 m² mixed-use residential ensemble located in the Anfa Cité de l'Air district, at the heart of Casa Anfa, Casablanca's new urban centre. Designed in association by architects Fayçal Sentissi and Hamza Bouzoubaa for TGCC Immobilier, the project stacks two white residential towers on an active podium of offices and shops, immediately adjacent to Anfa Park and the Casablanca tramway.

The architectural concept rests on a deliberate contrast between podium and towers. The seven-storey podium wraps the plot in a dark checkered-pattern grid, held together by continuous balcony lines that absorb offices and retail at street level. Above, two sixteen-storey white towers rise in setback: their curved balconies, stacked in continuous bands with rounded corners, give the ensemble its instantly recognisable silhouette on the Casa Anfa skyline — a fluid, almost nautical language that softens the density of the business district.

Every apartment — from studios to four-bedroom units, from 40 to over 340 m² — enjoys a light-filled living space, deep terraces or balconies, and open views over Anfa Park, the ocean or the Casablanca Finance City skyline. Interiors follow a precise material palette: polished marble floors, timber screens and joinery, indirect cove lighting, full-height glass balustrades.

At ground level, the residence opens onto secure planted gardens with a children's play area — an island of calm at the centre of the metropolis's most dynamic district, directly served by the Moulay Abdellah Cherif and Aéropostale boulevards.
