The residence unfolds behind the grand arched windows of a historic cast-iron building, where the interiors are conceived as fluid and airy volumes bathed in natural light. In the living room, a sculptural mirror captures and refracts the surrounding cityscape, while a generous sofa, wooden armchairs, and monolithic dark wood tables create a harmonious interplay of comfort and solidity.
Light is treated as both material and atmosphere. Linear fixtures, sculptural lamps, and vertical installations punctuate the spaces, shaping perspectives while maintaining an elegant restraint.
The powder room centers on the natural beauty of a custom-designed Ceppo sink, whose raw, broken stone edges create a striking focal point. Dark wall tones and a soft pendant light establish an intimate, calming atmosphere, while the placement of stone and mirror subtly separates the vanity and toilet areas. This environment exemplifies the project’s ethos: where architecture, material, and craftsmanship converge to elevate the everyday into an aesthetic ritual.
