...is a program that aims at transforming city centers  within the framework of the new administrative division of Albanian territory and the vision that the government has for their sustainable, long term development. The program was promoted with a series of forums titled "Urban Forums", organized by the Albanian Government.

Stage, sound and lighting services were offered by Forum Events (Edmond Dingu). 
The set, lighting and poster of the event were designed by Ardi Kule.
