We started this project not only with the aesthetics and client's requirements in mind but also knowing that it will be a boutique hotel in AirB&B. So we learned not only about the site analysis: local environment, culture, regulation, etc. but also, and equally important for this kind of project, a feasibility study to target maximum capacity and therefore earnings for our clients. During this study we went from 10 smaller bedrooms to only 6 bedrooms but much bigger ones, so that each one of them could have their own private terrace and vegetation, thus going from 4 stars to 5+ stars on quality standards.

The new brand new luxury six bedrooms private villa in Canggu, is less than 2 kilometres from Berawa Beach. Within a 5 minute scooter ride you can find great nearby facilities, such as: Finn’s Recreation Club, Finn’s Beach Club and Café Del Mar.

Styled with modern-natural interior design, bringing in your dream house to your experience. The villa has one large main swimming pool, right in the middle of the building. In addition, there are two pool tubs on level 2, right in front of your bedroom!

Due to the pandemic it took a bit longer to build than expected but amazing result in the end!
