Villa Dubochet is a sensitive renovation of a historic residence located in Montreux, within a protected architectural ensemble.

Developed in close collaboration with heritage authorities, the project carefully preserves the identity of the building while introducing contemporary living conditions.

The intervention extends below ground to integrate new experiential spaces, including wellness areas, a cinema, and a wine cellar, creating a contrast between historic architecture and contemporary spatial atmospheres.
