Villa VII is inspired by linearity and simple, immediate architectural solutions. The house is based on traditional typologies, while soberly incorporating modern elements such as large window frames and open spaces.

The combination of tradition and modernity works thanks to the sobriety of the project and the use of traditional materials, which also use contemporary techniques and technologies. The house is in fact entirely built with a wooden supporting structure, of the balloon frame type, with wooden window and door frames and partial external cladding in local stone.

The internal layout is simple, distributed around the entrance, which is accessed from the external pathway along the entire south-west façade of the house.

The entrance gives access to the living/kitchen area towards the east and the sleeping area towards the west.

The wooden roof is left exposed and gives the rooms a spacious feel.

The relationship with the garden is experienced in a natural way, with the house giving at the same time feelings of protection and freedom.
