Designed to contribute meaningfully to the urban landscape of São Gotardo, in the countryside of Minas Gerais, the Vitorino 560 Commercial Building offers a contemporary architectural response that balances innovation, contextual sensitivity, and functional performance.

The project maximizes the site’s constructive potential while integrating advanced technological and structural solutions that ensure comfort, safety, and efficiency. It aims to deliver a dynamic and flexible work environment, particularly attuned to the local demographic—composed largely of agricultural producers—by creating tailored corporate spaces that meet their specific needs.

The upper floors accommodate customizable office layouts, enabling a variety of spatial configurations. Internally, the atmosphere seeks to reflect the rhythm and identity of São Gotardo’s working culture, elevating the experience of everyday professional life.

The façades play a crucial role in the architectural identity of the building, acting not only as striking visual elements but also as mediators between the private interior and the public realm. Design strategies were implemented to reduce noise transmission while enhancing the street-level experience, creating a welcoming presence and strengthening the building’s role as a new urban landmark in São Gotardo.
