The project won an architectural competition which took place in 2009. The shape of the building was designed in an irregular, organic form. It refers to a green landscape, the surroundings of Chełmska Mountain in Koszalin. The inspiration for the roof was the shape of a leaf lying on the surface of water. The structure of the roof was designed as a wooden dome, finished with a roof membrane, partially descending to the surrounding area. Above the main roof there is the cuboid block of +3 storey: offices. From the south-west side, there is a staircase to serve customers of four different waterslides. The building consists of four storeys above the ground and an underground one. The facility contains a 16x25 meters size swimming pool with an audience for approx. 300 seats, a swimming pool for children, a recreational pool with various water attractions and a jacuzzi. In addition to the indoor pools there are 2 recreational pools with various water attractions and a children's pool with slides located outside the building. The underground part was designed for technical rooms. In addition, at level -1 there are social rooms for employees and a bowling center with a bar.
The main entrance to the water park is located on the side of the car park. It leads to the main hall of the public building. The lobby has a ticket office, a cloakroom and a shop. Through the corridor it's possible to get to the conference room.
