The Waterfall Tower is taking ground on BBay in Dubai.

The tower will host commercial spaces, facilities, restaurants, residential and Hotel apartment.The Main Goal of the design Façade was to play with different types of tones of blu special climalit double glazing to cover and protect the building from Dubai solar radiation. The blue colors changes relate to the building orientation from dark to lighter tones simulating a fresh waterfall effect on the façade.
