In order to create living space for 2 to 3 generations, the rooms on the mezzanine floor of the ´Gründerzeit-villa´ were connected to parts of the basement via annew, internal apartment staircase.
The living rooms as well as children's and guest rooms are now on the mezzanine floor; the bedroom and the parents' bathroom are in the basement. A large balcony was added towards the garden with a direct exit into the garden.
