On these plates are the words of famous people such as Oscar Wilde and Franz Kafka, reflecting the philosophy of the Youth Republic. This virtuous and masculine appearance emphasizes the reflection of the strength of the young team inside. Inside, the lively and colorful venue “Stay Young!” By giving its message, it supports creativity, motivation and relaxation.
When you enter the work area designed for 9 departments, the first thing that draws your attention is the “Reactor Meeting Room” in the middle of the space. This room is positioned as the heart of the office with its location and desk, which has been a part of the agency since its inception, and as a brainstorming center with its function. A viewing terrace for guests who are curious about the whole agency. The space designed as an open office and the personal colorful locker cabinets of the employees integrated with the space make you feel like you are on a university campus. The blackboards for instant meeting points in the area also reinforce this perception. Kontra uses raw materials in the project, aiming to reflect the operating principle of Youth Republic.

The iron used in the details, the epoxy material used in the floor and the graffiti works on the container walls that support the industrial atmosphere also give you the real street spirit. Thus, while Youth Republic transforms the abstract into concrete, it does not break away from its environment. The tangerine trees between the tables provide fresh air, a refreshing and creative atmosphere in the open office space. Colorful bookcases and shelves spread throughout the space with their dynamic shapes support continuity in creative thinking. The canteen, with yellow striped directional sign walls, fun visuals on the walls and colorful fluorescent lighting on the ceiling, guides the employees to discharge before and after the brainstorming. OSB walls, metal profile table legs and raw materials still dominate the space. When it comes to wet spaces, there is a simple but ostentatious idea on the walls.
The theme of the work here is fun and dreams. The rooms of the young executives, located side by side on the mezzanine floor, remain integrated with the energy of the open space with the glass facades on which there are graphic works. On this floor, there are training rooms as well as executive offices. In this inspiring place designed by Kontra's dynamic and experienced team for Youth Republic, which creates projects for the youth with 'young people' and determines the youth communication strategy of many of Turkey's leading companies, the Youth Republic team develops creative projects with award-winning ideas, while developing creative projects with its architectural design.
