In the desert landscape, Z Majlis presents a new vision for residential living. The design is organized as a continuous sequence of spaces rather than separate rooms, bringing together architecture, interior, and landscape. The residence is shaped as a spatial journey where proportion, material, and light establish a direct dialogue with the desert context.

The exterior is defined by sculpted rammed earth texture walls and corten steel elements that establish a strong identity while remaining connected to the surrounding terrain. Angular volumes and recessed thresholds create a play of light and shadow that changes throughout the day, giving the residence a dynamic but grounded presence.

Inside, the spatial sequence begins with a shaded entry that leads into a double-height gathering hall framed by floor-to-ceiling glazing and a curated desert garden. Beneath this central space lies a subterranean car gallery, designed as a private exhibition for an avid collector.

Adding to the program is the Private Bowling Cave, conceived as both recreation and architectural feature. Its curved rammed earth and corten steel lined surfaces, combined with indirect lighting, create an immersive environment where leisure becomes part of the architectural narrative.

The suite, organized as a continuous flow of spaces rather than enclosed rooms. A progression unfolds from an elevated dressing area to a lounge and bathing zone, and finally a descending bedroom that opens to a secluded garden. The integration of interior and landscape reinforces the sense of retreat and continuity.

Through its composition of sculpted forms, restrained materials, and carefully planned spatial progression, Z Majlis defines a new approach to desert living. It combines social gathering, private retreat, and personal leisure into a residence that is both functional and enduring."
