In Mallorca, seeing the sea from home is the greatest luxury that can be aspired to. The Negre studio project for this house, in the south of the island has focused
in enhancing the views of the sea from all its rooms and in connecting
the inside with the outside. From almost any corner of this property it is impossible
not to be dazzled by the waters of the Mediterranean, responding to the
wishes of their owners.
The distribution has been redesigned to obtain homogeneity and spatial fluidity, fulfilling another of the client's requirements.
The spaces are fully connected, from the hall to the kitchen, through a wooden paneling completely designed and manufactured to measure that contrasts with the Gray Zarci stone floor, creating a feeling of warmth and, in turn, hidden all its functions such as the entrance to a room, electrical installations, appliances or the pantry.
The materials nobles, such as oak, marble, copper and glass, have been great
allies to give interiors a natural elegance.
For the authors of the project, the intense connection of the house with the deep blue of the sea is such that it produces the sensation of not being on dry land, but on board a Mediterranean cruise ship.
