The plot posed a challenge: the most beautiful views lie to the northwest, while the street is on the southeast side.Wide overhangs and large glass façades draw daylight deep into the house while providing shade in summer. Horizontal lines and a clear distinction between open and closed sections give the villa its modern character.

The façade angle as a key featureThe house is deliberately positioned parallel to the street, keeping the residents connected to the neighborhood. To also capture views of the most scenic part of the landscape at the rear, the façade was given an inward turn. At this angled section lies the living room, featuring a generous glass wall that frames the meadows and woodlands like a living backdrop.

Sunny living with perspective From the centrally placed kitchen-dining area, there are views of both the street and the landscape. Floor-to-ceiling windows let sunlight stream right through the home. In addition, a double-height void brings extra daylight deep into the interior.The elevated sitting area enhances the panoramic view. All bedrooms are located upstairs, overlooking the rolling fields; the master suite includes a private roof terrace. On the veranda terrace, the sun shines from early afternoon until sunset – the perfect spot to enjoy outdoor living for hours on end.
