OOAA is an Architecture Studio founded and directed by Iker Ochotorena since 2011. Our work is based on each project ́s specific and unique conditions, its context and the client ́s aspirations. In every project we pursue a calm, protective atmosphere, which we achieve with time and passion. We enjoy our work. We create geometric vacuums and volumes carved in noble materials to achieve a silent, serene and warm architecture, where people find a shelter. We optimize our economic and natural resources while pursuing a timeless and simple architecture. We work together with the client to achieve the best synthesis of concept, function and beauty of spaces where life takes shape naturally.
