Extruded and sheet profiles made in aluminum alloy (AlMgSi 0.5) with minimum 1.8 mm wall thickness, specifically chosen for a combination of architectural and structural properties.
For glass sun breaker system we are using 6+1,52 PVB+6 mm glass, offered in various color options or clear glass with patterned foil.
All sun breakers, both extruded and sheet metal, have standard polyester powder coating with ISO 9001 Certification and “Qualicoat” labeling. The thickness of the coating is between 60 and 80 microns, ensured by strict adherence to pretreatment regimes in respect of cleaning and priming. Product offers a standard range of colors (RAL).The provided color is stabilized and suitable for external use. Also anodized finish is offered with standard shades per request.
