It is a house built entirely with cross-laminated wood panels, insulated with cork and backed with a ventilated façade of heat-treated fir wood.

The Zinc roof is constructed as a standing seam with a ventilated chamber and finished with a hidden gutter made of the same material. All the façade finishes are made of zinc, taking advantage of the ductility of this material.

Both the DHW and the air conditioning of the home are managed through aerothermal equipment that increases its effectiveness thanks to a team of thermal and photovoltaic panels.


Ecological clay-based paints have been used to reduce toxic emissions produced by common paints.
