The building, as required by the brief, is distinctly visible because of its monumental look. “It is an elevation that has been sculpted out with a contemporary feel to it. The building site has a narrow frontage despite the plot size being adequately large; which restricted the scope of a front elevation. Architects have turned this restriction in their favour by creating a strong form. What is most noticeable are two circular towers that rise through the simple rectangular building. In the architect’s words, “the two interlocking circles of varying height supplement a very hi-tech aesthetics”. Through these circular towers rises the lift room that soars as a cone. A skin of glass envelops the building, adding to the form and ‘cool’ impression of the building.

The building admeasures columnless floor plate with two service cores, in the front and rear. The two circular towers house the front service block comprising the lift, lobby and staircase in one circular form and the directors / executives offices with conference rooms in the other. The nine storey building has a typical floor plan, wherein each floor can be developed as per the corporate usage of it. Designed as per European standards, the building has natural lighting coming through two sides of the building reaching up to 7.5m from both sides.

Modern materials like heat-reflective blue laminated glass and ACP insulated panels for the building and stainless steel for the canopy complete the look.
