The brief for this Northern Beaches Garden was to create a contemporary coastal front garden featuring plants that would survive the harsh coastal elements.

This newly built architect designed home featured a monochromatic colour palette. The owners wanted a sophisticate entrance featuring large concrete steps and a feature tree at the side. The house is affected by the coastal elements including strong winds and first line salt exposure. The planting plan needed to take that into account.

Planting consisted of coastal shrubs Crassula Max Cook, Crassula Bluebird, Senechio Blue Chalk Sticks. Spillover plants included Dichondra Silver Falls on the upper level planting.
The feature tree at the main entrance steps is a Frangipani featuring stunning fragrant flowers in the warmer months.
