The architecture of the «Talent Makers Lab» is inspired by its context and reveals it. Our desire is to create the first green ecosystem around work. We offer a project that is 50% vegetal and 50% construction in order to offer a living and working environment of high quality for future users.
Refusing to enclose the vegetation in an architectural armor, we propose a new vision where the interior and exterior embrace, entwine, mingle, to create a unique architectural landscape. This process suggests a new architectural landscape. The project, being a «vegetal icon», is also a new urban signal for the city of Angers.

The “Talent Makers Lab” revolves around the triptych “Architecture, Nature, Wellness” and aims to create a building with emblematic architecture to highlight the strong link between nature and architecture. This operation thus continues the ambitious dynamic of the city of Angers to strengthen the integration of nature into its urban fabric.
The organization around the central garden makes it possible to offer multi-orientation and outdoor spaces for all. The air circulates, making it possible to open up workspaces and living quarters to the outside. The workspaces are unique in their layout and their relationship with nature. The relationships with the trees and the undergrowth, the perspectives on the garden, the lights and the atmospheres are different from one space to another.
