The architectural composition of the object consists of two rectangular volumes arranged inclined one above the other. By changing the material, the claddings emphasize the difference in function.

Both volumes are connected in cross section or by a glazed staircase. The main façade is formed by side façades of the ground floor and upper floor and connects them creatively in the place where the business and residential functions are directly connected

On the ground floor there is a shop, a workshop for the production of curtains and curtain rods, a shop and a sanitary and ancillary room. On the first floor there are 2 apartments and a gallery with shops.

The structure of the building is made of reinforced concrete and masonry on the ground floor with columns, and on the upper floor the structure is made of walls of block bricks with horizontal and vertical reinforced concrete slabs and reinforced concrete beams. The structure of the mezzanine floors is made of concrete. Vertical communication - the stairs are made of reinforced concrete. The foundations of the building are made of reinforced concrete strips. The roof construction is a wood-steel structure. The cover is a galvanized baking tray.
