Load-bearing brick walls and geometric folds wrap up this soccer field facility in Seville
Situada no canto sul de um campo de futebol, uma estrutura de tijolo resistente, projectada por Liangliang Chen e Sérgio Mota, alberga os balneários e os serviços auxiliares. O projeto prevê uma estrutura retangular com 28 metros de comprimento e 5,55 metros de largura, estrategicamente alinhada com a orientação do campo para permitir um acesso fácil ao terreno e evitar eventuais conflitos com as torres de iluminação existentes.

Together with Werner Sobek (architect), Dirk E. Hebel and Felix Heisel, StoneCycling developed a brick specially designed for dry stacking and disassembly as part of the UMAR project. The Urban Mining and Recycling (UMAR) Experimental Unit is one of the units at the NEST research building on the campus of the Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology (Empa) in Dübendorf, Switzerland.The building design created by Werner Sobek with Dirk E. LINEA 8012 AND SEPTIMA CLARET IN UNIQUE AND SURPRISING APPLICATIONS
As the owner of this building is the co-manager of a construction company, this project needed to reference this in every way. The resulting building stands out in more ways than one. Within its environment the building catches - very subtly - the eye architecturally, technically and conceptually.
The parcel is on a street with mostly brown and red facing bricks with at the back a panoramic view of the agricultural land and nature behind it. The goal was to build a strikingly modern villa with lots of natural light, without disturbing the harmony of the environment.
