ingenhoven associates are responsible for the overall architectural concept of the conversion of Cologne’s former CAPITOL TV production facility into a hotel. Key elements of the project include the design of the façades of the existing structure and a new hotel building located in the inner courtyard. Situated in a prime central location between the Belgian Quarter and the Gerling District, the site has been developed into a four-star boutique hotel. Celebrating three decades of its five-star service, Penha Longa Resort renewed its image with the participation of Vector Mais, who was responsible for the renovation work on the rooms and suites. Designed by London-based studio Goddard Littlefair, the new accommodations were inspired by the landscape of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, bringing the spaces of this Ritz-Carlton unit the necessary modernity and lightness. Our PHOS Design shower curtain rails and matching hooks have also been installed in the hotel rooms of the new BVLGARI Resort in Dubai. Designed by architects Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel & Partners, the fifth BVLGARI 5-star luxury hotel is located on Jumeirah Bay Island. The interior design is accompanied by a wide range of luxurious amenities and is also shaped like a titanic seahorse. The complex marine resort is framed by lush gardens. There are 100 rooms & suites, 20 residential villas and is defined by a marina. For each hotel room, we supplied our Ø12mm rod systems with the different & slightly modified L-shaped shower curtain rods and towel ladders.
