MATSUMOTO EYE CLINIC
This town, which used to be agricultural land, was rapidly developed and became a chaotic commercial zone as people argued over differences in appearance.

Because it is located in such an area, we designed the building to have a simple structure, and with an eye toward not looking like a clinic, we created a design that is calm, dignified, graceful, and not overly assertive, creating an atmosphere that is different from the bustle of the surrounding area. Playa Hermosa Beach Club
Meant to be a destination instead of a place of passage was developed this Beach Club. With multiples uses such as a Beach day place, restaurant, bar, pool, rest place and glamping, it was very intersting to mix all those activities in just one place and feel integrated. Also, at night, has to be trensfromed into a night club and sometimes all the place has to be used as a venue, for multiple uses.

With that in mind and of course the nature of the project has to be beachy, we picked up a Palapa to be the main building an mainly made of wood, burned wood. With two entries to seaprate the destination as well as the intent of use. A pool as a filter between the two main spaces; restaurant and Club/bar.

Acapulco GP Apartment
Acapulco GP is a residential apartment in one of the most exclusive high-rise towers in Punta Diamante. The apartment was designed for a large family who wanted to spend the weekends relaxing and enjoying the beach life. Aiming for tranquility and a soothing vibe, the project applied a reinterpretation of the textures and colors of the beach in a way that the client could have the perfect getaway place.Before the intervention, the apartment had old worn-out materials, with tones that were not appropriate for the climate of Acapulco and its spaces were too compartmented.
