Because it is located in such an area, we designed the building to have a simple structure, and with an eye toward not looking like a clinic, we created a design that is calm, dignified, graceful, and not overly assertive, creating an atmosphere that is different from the bustle of the surrounding area. Based on the above concept, the handwork of indigo dyeing, which was an industry in this area, and the essence of ophthalmology, the planning, design, and material selection are based on the keywords of light and light refraction.

Part of the folded exterior wall of the seamless second-floor exterior has a heavy feel that gives the impression of a building, and depending on the angle of entry of light (sun) and the viewing position, the shade of the facade changes depending on the viewer and the time of viewing. I am conscious and express it.

In addition, the exterior materials are used for the approach and some of the interior walls in a fashionable way, and the hand-painted walls give a sense of unity and give visitors a sense of softness and security.

In various parts of the building, we express the beauty of uneven handwork through tiles, painted walls, fittings, and furniture, and the appearance changes depending on the light, and the sense of handwork tends to give a hard impression. We take into account its role as a soothing agent compared to industrial products, and its kindness to visitors.
