Claire & Andrew’s home
In the quiet streets surrounding London’s Alexandra Palace, Zminkowska De Boise Architects has transformed a modest Edwardian mid-terrace through a carefully considered 16 sqm rear extension and wider reworking of the family home. Designed around the daily lives of Claire and Andrew and their two young sons, the project uses colour, exposed structure, natural materials and improved visual connections to turn a previously cramped and disconnected ground floor into a generous, light-filled sequence of spaces.

Bon Air
The Bon Air A neighborhood in Anderlecht is a rare gem among Brussels garden cities. Unlike most others, which have been absorbed into the city’s dense urban fabric, Bon Air remains in the suburbs, preserving its low-density character and open, village-like feel. This distinction gives it a unique place in the city’s history, but it also presents challenges that needed to be addressed in a thoughtful and contemporary way.

The new Girona Clinic is a building designed to suit the client's business model, faithful to a Functional Plan that aims to update and enhance the services of a hospital with more than 80 years of history. The project triples the constructed area of the old hospital and expands its number of specialties to offer a complete healthcare service, becoming a referent for the private healthcare sector in Catalonia.

Genius Kurnia
Genius Kurnia (previously known as Permata Kurnia) is Asean’s First Purpose-Built Building by a Government for Children with Autism. It is a Center of Excellence for Autism and a prototype for future centers too. Having no specific guidelines from any design handbook or the Economic Planning Unit (EPU), the brief was formed from personal and professional experiences of educational and medical professionals and most importantly experiences of the Director of the centre and the Architect who are mothers of children with Autism.
