North Chevy Chase Residence

This classically modern residence is located in The Village of North Chevy Chase, Maryland.  The client’s goal was to have a forever home that could adapt to their needs as they age, all while staying within a relatively tight budget. The site slopes from north to south, which allowed for the creation of two "front" doors on this corner lot.
