Pioneer Hall at Faison Center
As the final completed building on the campus of Faison Center in Richmond, Virginia, Pioneer Hall accommodates a day program for autistic adults. On the second floor, students learn basic life skills, while the ground floor serves as a behavioral clinic.

Altria Group Headquarters
With its workforce scattered across multiple campuses, Richmond-based Altria Group, Inc. wanted to create a central hub for its team to promote collaboration and an improved employee experience. After a careful search, they selected a greenfield site, home to a protected historic building from 1958.
The problem: Creating a 21st-century campus fit for a Fortune 200 company that respects the history of the original design. The solution: A fresh yet complimentary expansion that almost doubled the building’s capacity with a focus on sustainability and innovative materials like ALPOLIC MCM.

Brixton House by Foster Wilson Size brings a contemporary purpose-built theatre to South London
Brixton House by Foster Wilson Size brings a new contemporary purpose-built theatre to South London and provides a new home for the iconic and pioneering Ovalhouse Theatre company. The project includes two fully accessible, flexible auditoria, seating 200 and 120 people respectively and seven flexible rehearsal rooms. Also included in the building programme is a large public café foyer and two floors of creative workspace.
