In the heart of Turin, just steps from Piazza Bodoni, the combination of two adjoining units within a historic building gives rise to a 130 sqm apartment designed for a young family.
The project began with a complete reorganisation of the interior layout, aimed at recovering the original spatial qualities and enhancing the natural light, which had been compromised by successive alterations over time.

Living Horizon Apartment
To gaze upon the vast Atlantic and the silhouette of Brazil’s southeastern coastline: this was the architectural challenge faced by Afetto Lab when taking on the renovation of a 249 m² (2,680 sq. ft.) penthouse in Bertioga, on the coast of São Paulo. Originally segmented and featuring a flow that ignored its privileged views, the property underwent a structural transformation to replace walls with fluidity, ensuring the horizon is the centerpiece of the architecture.

Casa Borgoña
Casa Borgoña is the home of an art and wine lover, a spirit kindred to Alfonso X “The Wise”, on whose avenue the residence is located. Just as the king once brought culture and knowledge to the city of Murcia, this house embraces that heritage and transforms it into architecture: a space where design, history, and everyday pleasure intertwine.
The dwelling is organized around a key architectural gesture: a curved wooden corridor that acts as its backbone. This sinuous path guides the inhabitant from the social areas to the private ones, softening the transition while concealing storage with millimetric precision.
