Casa Borgoña is the home of an art and wine lover, a spirit kindred to Alfonso X “The Wise”, on whose avenue the residence is located. This sinuous path guides the inhabitant from the social areas to the private ones, softening the transition while concealing storage with millimetric precision. Along this route, a system of sliding doors allows the home to be redefined at any moment, articulating a multipurpose room —conceived as a cinema, gym, or intimate retreat— that can belong either to the public or the private side of the house.

Here, a sculptural table becomes the heart of the home, accompanied by an iconic lamp and a double-sided fireplace that connect spaces visually and emotionally.
