In the early fall of 2022, the team of Bezmirno architectural studio completed work on the design project implementation for the apartment in the Tetris Hall residential complex in Kyiv. The owner of this case is a couple with two young children. The male host loves the industrial style and the hostess wants the home to be clean and warm. HuahappeNi To compromise the needs, we let the floor and beam of the living and dining area to be exposed, and coating with concrete texture.  The wall and cabinets, used the white tone to match with the industrial elements. House by the Lake is a residential area project designed by the development company Brusnika in Tyumen, Siberia. The plot is located in the vicinity of residential clusters dating from the 1980-90s, random low-rise houses and modern housing estates. It is a promising area with well-developed social, commercial and recreational amenities.  The masterplan aims to develop the area as well as the lake. The key concept is living in the city while enjoying the countryside around. A small, shallow and boggy Tikhoye lake was much wider up to the 1970s, but affected by chaotic urban development, it gradually shrank.
