The plot of land that the State of Bavaria made available for the construction of affordable apartments and additional uses, is well developed, but isolated in terms of urban structure. The aim was therefore to create a place that is strong in itself and can thus become a new home for a diverse group of residents.  Marcus Bredt Four compact blocks form a small square with a few shops in the middle. HOBO Insulindestraat Rotterdam is located at the new Hofbogenpark, the longest roof park in the Netherlands on the monumental Hofbogen in Rotterdam. The striking building at the bend of the old railway viaduct celebrates living in the city with a varied range of studios and lofts. With nature-inclusive terraces and an inner garden, the green Hofbogenpark is continued in the building and a healthy living environment is created.
