The relocation of the company was necessary due to its growth and the need to improve the daily coexistence and collaboration of its employees. The historic building 'Luxembourg' is located in the coastal area of “Poseidonio athletic Centre” in eastern Thessaloniki. The location of this project carries significant historical weight, as is the case with many buildings in the city, particularly those near the Thermaic Gulf. During initial research on the site, it was discovered that a Catholic monastery once stood in the area. In the 1970s and for about 30 years, a famous seaside entertainment venue operated at the same spot, bearing the name 'Luxembourg', a name that has been preserved to this day. The Al Mare Complex is a unique residential complex with a total area of 8,000 square meters, strategically located at the port of Corfu. It consists of two buildings, each four stories high, with a total of thirty-two apartments. On each floor, there are eight apartments, ranging from 70 to 150 square meters.
